Weeks 1–2: Foundations
Set up your environment, learn Claude Code, ship your first automation. By end of week 2 you've replaced one weekly manual task.
Weeks 3–4: Automations & Insights
Cross-system workflows, scheduled jobs, and pulling data from your business systems with plain-English queries.
Week 5: Agents & Dashboards
Build specialist AI agents for specific jobs, a coordinator that runs them, and dashboards to see what they're doing in real time. The same multi-agent pattern itGenius uses internally.
Week 6: Ship & Share
Polish your project, deploy it, and present to the cohort. You leave with working software and a peer network.

- One real, repetitive task from your week that you want gone.

Questions people actually ask
I'm not technical. Is this really for me?
That is who it is built for. The programme was rebuilt so every hands-on step is a plain-English instruction to an AI assistant. No terminal commands to memorise. Our finance and service teams went through it before you, and several of them had never written code.
How much time does it actually take?
One live session a week for six weeks, plus hands-on work between sessions. The homework is the part that matters, because you are automating a real task from your own week rather than a toy exercise. We are still fitting the session day and time around the founding cohort, so register and we will send them before they are locked in.
What happens after the 60 days?
Your Cloud Concierge subscription continues at $249 a month. There is no lock-in and no cancellation call. You can cancel yourself from your portal at any point before day 60 and pay nothing beyond the $5. We also cover this during the cohort so nobody is caught out.
Can I send someone from my team instead of coming myself?
Yes, and plenty will. Send your operations manager, your 2IC, or whoever owns the repetitive work. You can also come along together. The people who get the most out of it are the ones who already feel the pain of the manual task they want gone.
What do I need to pay for on top of the $5?
A Claude Code subscription, which you buy directly and keep. You will also use a Google Cloud account, though usage during the course is minimal. We are upfront about this because discovering it later would be a nasty surprise.
What if I fall behind?
Every session is recorded and transcribed, with an AI summary and the action items pulled out, so catching up does not mean rewatching two hours of video. The cohort group also runs between sessions, so you can ask questions as you go, and Peter and Mark are both in it. This is a small group by design rather than a broadcast webinar.
Do I need to already have a project in mind?
It helps enormously. Come with one repetitive task you do every week that you would happily never do again. That becomes the thing you build.
This is not for you if
- You want someone else to build it for you. That is what Cloud Concierge is for, and we are happy to just do that.
- You cannot commit the weekly session time for six weeks.
- You are looking for a formal software engineering qualification.
We would rather you skip this and stay happy than join and feel it was not what you wanted.
